Problem Note 46087: Opening a protected Microsoft Word document with Microsoft Office 2010 might display an exception in the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office

If you use Microsoft Word 2010 to open a protected Microsoft Word document created with Microsoft Word 2007, you might see the following exception:
Unexpected Exception occurred in the SAS Add-in for Microsoft Office. Please report error to system administrator.
The details of the COM exception will include the following:
Not available because document is a protected document
This error typically occurs when you open the Word document by double clicking the document from Windows Explorer.
To circumvent this problem, open Word first, and then select File ► Open to open the protected document.
